Senior Agricultural Scientist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Scientist to lead research initiatives in developing innovative crop protection solutions. You will work closely with our R&D team to create products that meet the evolving needs of Bangladeshi farmers.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects for new product development
• Conduct field trials and analyze data
• Collaborate with international research partners
• Provide technical guidance to junior scientists
• Publish research findings and present at conferences

Requirements

• PhD in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in agricultural research
• Strong knowledge of crop protection and plant pathology
• Experience with field trials and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in English and Bengali
